How secure is PeakDent.Net?
You will use 128-bit SSL security to connect to PeakDent with a valid certificate at all times. So all traffic from your office to our servers are encrypted according to the industry standards.
We also provide 2 levels of security when you are using PeakDent away from your office. First levels authenicate you as a customer and then you will use your usernames/passwords you set up in PeakDent to use PeakDent.

How safe is my Data?
Your data is backed up automatically every day during the night and stored in a secure remote location.

Do you integrate Insurance Benefits Services from Trojan?
Yes. We integrate Trojan's Insurance Benefits completely and it frees your staff from doing the updates regularly since the data is updated everyday on our server.

Does the software support digital imaging?
Yes. PeakDent supports digital imaging and intraoral Cameras. Please check our features page for more details. If you have other digital imaging hardware not listed, we can work with you and your digital imaging company to integrate it for you.

Does the software support Email Notification for Patients? If so how much do you charge?
Peakdent.Net supports Email Notification for Patient Schedules and it is Free. The patient has the ability to click on the email link to confirm the appointment which is reflected on your Scheduler.

Does the software support electronic claims?
Yes. PeakDent supports electronic claims through Trojan Professional Services. Additionally PeakDent also supports Insurance Benefit Services from Trojan.

Will this software work in an Orthodontic or other specialty offices?
No. PeakDent is designed for General Dentistry.

Is conversion of other software data available?
Conversions for many popular software are available but PeakDent will work with the office for customized data conversion at no additional fee.

What if I don't like the software?
When you signup for PeakDent, you will have 30 days to evaluate PeakDent. To continue using Peakdent after 30 days, you would need to pay $29/month which is billed monthly. In case you do not like the software, which we are confident you will like, we also provide you with option for exporting your entered data after 30 days.

Can we add more columns in the scheduler if we have more than 4 doctors?
Yes. You can add up to 20 doctors in the scheduler. Besides many features can be customized as per your office requirements. Please contact PeakDent for an estimate to enable those options.
